How does the 12-month gift work?
The child will receive one personalised Tilly’s Letter each month for 12 months. Each letter arrives through the post and includes a story-led letter, hand-illustrated print, recipe card, activity card and stickers or a small surprise.
Is this a subscription?
No. The 12-month gift is paid upfront and does not renew automatically.
What happens after the 12 months?
The gift ends after the twelfth letter. There is no ongoing payment or subscription unless you choose to order again.
Who is the letter addressed to?
Each envelope can be personalised with the child’s name, or up to 3 children’s names if the gift is for siblings or children in the same household.
Can I send it directly to the child?
Yes. You can enter the child’s delivery address at checkout so their letter arrives straight to their home.
When will the first letter arrive?
Orders placed by the 7th will receive that month’s letter. Orders placed after the 7th will begin with the following month’s letter.
What age is it suitable for?
Tilly’s Letters is designed for children aged around 2 to 6, though it can be enjoyed by younger or older children with a grown-up.
