Shipping Policy

All Tilly’s Letters are posted directly through your letterbox, beautifully packed and ready to open together.

Dispatch Times
Subscription orders are dispatched once per month. 
One-off orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days.

UK Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Delivery times typically range from 2–5 working days after dispatch.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary by country but typically take 7 to 14 working days after dispatch.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or local taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs.

Delays
Once your order has been posted, delivery is handled by Royal Mail. While we cannot control postal delays, please contact us if your envelope has not arrived within 10 working days and we will happily look into it for you.
