How It Works
How It Works
Letters to look forward to. Every single month.
1. Choose your letters
Start by choosing the collection that fits your child’s age and stage.
Little Beginnings captures your baby’s first year through illustrated milestone cards, memory prompts, poems, and gentle letters to parents. (Coming Soon)
Little Wanderers is designed for ages 2–6 and follows a hand-drawn character through a year of stories, simple recipes, creative activities, and small surprises.
Each collection is thoughtfully paced and designed to grow with your family over time.
You can subscribe for your own child, or choose to give letters as a gift.
2. We prepare the letters, you bring what you already have
Once you subscribe, we take care of the main part.
Each month, your letters are printed, packed, and prepared in advance. Envelopes are personalised where appropriate, and everything inside is clearly laid out and easy to follow.
Some activities may invite you to gather a few simple things from around the house. We only ever suggest materials you are likely to already have, such as paper, pencils, or everyday kitchen ingredients. There is no need to buy anything extra or plan ahead.
Just open the envelope and begin.
3. Letters arrive by post
Letters are posted during the first week of each month.
They arrive through your letterbox like proper post, addressed to your child. This is part of the magic. The anticipation. The pause before opening. The excitement of something that is theirs.
Some families open everything straight away. Others dip in slowly across the month. Both are exactly how it is meant to be.
4. What you will find inside
Each envelope contains a small collection of beautifully illustrated cards.
Depending on the collection, these may include:
- A hand-illustrated story or milestone card
- A short letter to read together
- A simple, child-friendly recipe
- A creative, screen-free activity
- A small tactile surprise, such as stickers
Everything is designed to spark imagination without overwhelming. Activities are open-ended, recipes are simple, and nothing needs to be done in one sitting.
5. Month by month, it continues
Your subscription renews monthly and letters continue to arrive in order.
You can pause or cancel at any time through your account. There is no pressure to keep up and no obligation to continue if it no longer suits your family.
Over time, the letters naturally become keepsakes. Read, reused, displayed, and tucked away to return to later.
Gifting, made simple
Tilly’s Letters can be given as a gift via a digital gift certificate.
The recipient receives a beautifully designed notification, so they know something thoughtful is coming. Their first envelope then arrives with the next monthly post, addressed to their child.
It is a meaningful gift that continues long after it is given.
A final thought
Tilly’s Letters is designed to fit into real family life.
There is no schedule to follow and nothing to complete. Just thoughtfully made post that arrives each month, ready to be opened, shared, and enjoyed in your own way.
